Long ago this was a good Vpn service. But now it just works sometimes and then its quite slow.. Also changing servers doesnt work that much. The biggest bummer is the support, which is practically not existing. If they answer you its just some standard answers, very disappointed..

Im not able to connect to German VPN Servers anymore, living in Shanghai. U.S. Server work sometimes, but performance is not reliable and sufficient.

It is not working in china. So totally different then advertised. Useless for me.

Only us server works, sometimes. Dont buy it.

Worked fine about a year ago. Now, theres often not a single server available, and if you get a connection, it is dropped every couple of minutes. Not recommended.

Way too many connectivity issues. Not nice - especially when you paid 30 EUR for this.

Can you please improve your China performance? In other places it works fine.

When you test it - all looks great - as soon as you buy a plan - I bought a 30 day plan - it works for one more day and then it stops. Non of the servers neither the alternative connecting types work. I have Iphone 6s, running IOS9.3.1 There is no way to get any customer service email or contact - at least not from China. I suggest leave your fingers off. The first added vpn profile pulled a weirdo address - and this can not be deleted from the phone anymore. If you try to add vpn profiles for the different connecting types with the instruction provided under user manual in the app - then it still will not work.

I bought this app with 300GB for one year to watch german TV from outside germany. I used MAGINE TV which can not identify me as german user, that mean the IP-ADDRESS is not correct. There is no way to contact the service, I could not find any email-address. Auf deutsch heißt das sie Kaufen heisse luft, Ein schrott Laden.

No longer works under ios10. Waste of money.

Only works about 20% of the time in China on my iPhone 5 running iOS 8.3. Very disappointing and useless

Its a good software.

Not worth paying for data 99% of the time it does not work in China, i wasted 20bucks buying data which I cant use. Some days I connect 15 times BUT i can only get into vpn 5 times. Its a total joke

Even though it shows connected, it does not work at all!

I highly recommend this app I paid for a one-month subscription and never had a problem with it I also recommend the United States servers
