Do not work since 3 weeks in China, any solution?

Used to work well but since December 2014 it never connects to any VPN servers from China. And I just paid extra month coverage, so really NOT happy. Fix it please!!!!

Super software, i am in china then work very good.

After changing my password, I couldnt connect anymore to my account (and it looks like you have to be connected to contact support!). The app kept telling me my credentials were wrong. Eventually I changed my password one very last time, deleted the app and reinstalled it, went through the initial logging again and, lo and behold! Its back online! This is very frustrating and shouldnt happen...

Good app, quite fast. Easy to use and configure, and packages are cheap. However, most of the time, only California server works. For example, France never worked in the past 3 months...
