Not worth it, was good but has sacrificed quality with the new version of iOS, i.e. trying to force those of us with your Oder system to scrap them and buy new ones. The VPN connection lasts at max 48 minutes before crapping out to the point that the app that you are working with must be restarted. Done with Apple and any app writer who is forcing the messed up Apple business model. Why cant I keep a device running until it dyes? I still have one of the original Samsung devices running and is fine after 8 years

For non-tekkies this is an easy to use reliable connection for all your iOS devices up to iOS 9. Very pleased. Not as expensive as it looks if you use the trial and dig around for your best option based on your planned use. Rewards of data are great!!

Living in China for 3 years, I tried several vpns. Sometimes I had issues with all of them but I think it had more to do with the China firewall. I ended up with 3 of the best ones for China on my phone and this one was the most reliable. I purchased 120G of data 2 years ago and got about 20 in bonuses over the 2 years and still have some left. I used it on both my iPhone ( iPhone 4 and now 6S) and my laptop with Windows 8.1 and it worked great. If you American and travel to China, a vpn is necessary and I recommend this one the most

This is one App that I dont regret buying from the Apple Store.. Just Amazing and gets the job done beautifully..

The only thing they missed is an all you can eat plan. The is a fast and easy vpn service, with a new feature thanks to iOS 8 always stay connected.

I have this app and I had a problem with my data plan. I bought a new plan because it was about to expire and my exciting data of 200+ GB was supposed to roll over with my new plan, but it didnt. My existing data just disappeared. I emailed their customer service close to 10 times or vpnkeeper as they call it and all my emails went unanswered. Their customer service is horrendous or lack there of!

Used to be a life savior of a VPN app. Take it from an American in the Middle East. However, the app is not blocked and cant be used to dial VPN. You should be able to dial direct from settings. I think the team has to document how to do the work around for everyones best interest. Please help customers to outsmart censorship in the world.

I came back to VPN Express because it was the best service when I was in China 2011-2013. I returned at the beginning of September 2016. I had high expectations because of my previous experience. I have had erratic service on my iPad and almost non-existent service on my MacBook Air and no service on my Windows 10 laptop. Support is virtually non-existent. I get preprogrammed answers to my issues from Vpnkeeper. I would appreciate directed answers to my specific issues. I am quite disappointed with the lack of care about my problems.

I first bought this app and data. I consider myself quite techi There was little help available To help me find out how to access UK tv So I found Express VPN which has a bright red symbol I can get live chat and realized that after purchasing the app and signing up for a subscription you then have to go to your browser and type in Bbc.co.uk or ITV hub Would have been nice to find out that fact from this gold app not impressed. Now have to find out how to get subscription to this app back.

Very very slow. Singapore and Hong Kong servers move at a snails pace. Takes forever to load any apps required to run.

Only the problem is the quata and sometimes slow connection over all for me is 80% good
