So disappointed! China is disaster - AGAIN non a good start in 2015!

Over the past few weeks the service has become poorer and poorer! I live in China and regret to have subscribed for one year. I can hardly get a connection for few minutes on a daily basis. And customer service is very bad as you only get an automated reply whatever the question.
